Description:

Display the install counts to the right of the style link when it's hovered:

--yellow "tooltip" w/black text for weekly & total counts
--light green background for style link (light yellow for deleted styles) when hovered**
--easy to set colors/size to your preference (see the code for comments)

**Hover anywhere over the list item, not just the style link.
