GCal: hide #topBar until hover

Description:

This style for Google Calendar hides the #topBar above the calendar grid until you hover your mouse cursor over the "hover bar" (works pretty much the same as http://freestyler.ws/style/27937/gcal-hide-navbar-until-hover [except for the #topBar :D]). This style is mostly useful for those who use Calendar's search box/buttons (at all); those who don't use the search function will likely prefer http://freestyler.ws/style/26577/gcal-hide-topbar-keep-msgs.

As with the other "hide until hover" style you can customize the height of the hover bar. I've set the default here to 4px. You may need to use Calendar's Refresh function (via the link to the right of the Print icon/link and/or via the Google logo) occasionally to readjust the grid height.
