Description:

For userstyles.org, show the install counts to the right and above with a tab-like appearance when the list item is hovered. (It sets a yellow background for deleted styles.)

NOTE: This style assumes the default site styling (aka: none). If you're using different (aka: custom) styling, then it may look different--edit as needed.
