GCal: the day begins @6:00am

Description:

This style for Google Calendar shifts the events table up by X number of hours--6 by default, effectively hiding the first X hours (so, midnight to 6:00am by default) in the calendar grid for the Day, multi-day, and Week views (any view with a time "band"). Why? less [always] empty space to look at and less scrolling to see the active part(s) of the day(s). See comments in the code for the values for other "starting hours" you might prefer to use.

This style works well in conjunction with http://freestyler.ws/style/29621/gcal-print-all-day-week for printing a daily/weekly "schedule" of events.

FWIW, this still doesn't keep Calendar from futzing with the scroll position--usually incorrectly--once the current time is past your starting hour. However, since most of my day is after 11:00am, I also have a second style with that starting time--so then my table doesn't shift/scroll at all (since my window is large enough to display 13+ hours at a time--it's almost "relaxing" :D).
