Description:

For Userscripts.org, fix** the main menu at the top of the content window and move other header links onto the nav bar. (**always in view, doesn't scroll with page) This style is designed primarily for wide-screen displays (in order to have enough space to place everything on the nav bar), but there are some comments in the code to help with moving things a little if you need to ('cause your display isn't quite so wide).
