Gmail: msg view/compose bg color, font-size

Description:

For Gmail, make the message body background color a light blue for viewing and composing messages (or, change the color to something else you prefer). (Obviously, this may not work so well for those messages that have been formatted using HTML, such as certain newsletters.)
