Removes unwanted elements from TV.com.
Completely revamps the new bright blue/white lay-out in an grey-based lay-out with different blue as much as possible. (the blue from before they changed everything!)

Designed only for Firefox.

Do not use this style if you (want to) log-in on TV.com!
The same probably applies for watching episodes on line.
