Description:

Pretty much the same as my http://freestyler.ws/style/42136/gmail-select-links-on-hover style but only pops up the menu for the Select links button on the top row [above the message list], leaving the button on the bottom row as is (click it to pop-up the menu). As to why you may want to use this style instead, see below.

If you typically use the 'Move to' and 'Labels' buttons (and, at times, the 'More actions' button) along the bottom row, then this style might be better suited for you since it doesn't mess with Gmail's ability to properly position the pop-up menus for those buttons to be below or above the button depending on how much space is left between the button and the bottom border of the content window.
