Google Reader: more Ninjas!

Description:

The Gmail Ninja theme images applied to Reader ("extended" from my http://freestyler.ws/style/42997/google-reader-ninjas style). Why? (see More Info below) All highlighting is turned on by default, so change/turn off anything you want to. :D

I'm still playing around with some stuff, but most of it is pretty much finished as it is.

More info
When I came across the konami Easter egg for Reader, I was curious as to how much work it would take to (1) make it "persistent" (with a style, instead of having to invoke it each time you open Reader) and (2) combine it with the Gmail images. So, not that much work after all--I was already working on another style for Reader which has the look & feel of my Gmail Tree Tops style; this was just a sort of side project. What this style does:

> uses the Gmail header and footer images and the konami sidebar image
> reduces the sidebar width to "match" the header image (touches the ninja's foot)
> provides content/entry highlighting (read, unread, hover, etc.)
> content/entry larger font, longer lines (more "readable" [for me])

(I don't do much of anything with/for Reader's card view (not yet anyway--I never use it), just the list view. Also, it doesn't do anything significant for the Settings--or any "non-content"--pages.)
