Description:

0.10 Google changed something that broke list compression; fixed.
0.9 Added options to narrow sidebar and hide view controls.
0.6 Added option to hide "Home" section.
0.2 Compressed collapsed entries; hid "Explore" section.
0.1 Removed bolding from "Subscriptions" and "Explore" so that it does not clash with conditional bolding of folders with unread items. Bolded unread item counts to make them more visible.

This is a lightweight set of annoyance fixes rather than a major layout redesign; it should be usable alongside many other user styles.
