YouTube - Design Fixes

Description:

Some small fixes for the latest YouTube design (they change it a lot so this might not work with the one you have currently).
This isn't a complete overhaul and tries its best to stick to new official designs while fixing some problems I have with it.

As of now:

* Centre content instead of left-alignment
* Dislike bar is red again
* Relate videos is faded out until moused over
* Subscription videos are stretched, removed recommended channels on homepage
* Drop down menu when clicking your username slides in/out with some other style changes.
* Background of Medium-sized video player is black

If you find any bugs, let me know. Since this style is really for my personal use, I may miss some before updating depending on your window resolution and such.
