Description:

This style removes the recommendations sidebar and uses it as extra space for the subscriptions feed. Other promotional elements like the "Add Channels" button and so forth are also removed.

2011/12/08: More promotional elements removed as of. This is not reflected in the screenshot. Fixed "+N more videos" box messing up the float alignment. Fixed unclickable videos.
2012/02/21: Fixed subscription items not lining up properly due to variable height.
2012/04/16: Fixed Firefox display issue and "applies to all pages" issue.
2012/07/27: Fixed white background not stretching far enough.
