Color of new comments' background

Description:

by grom@userstyles. Works in 2012, on Firefox, Chrome, Opera.

Changes the background of new comments in the forums, making them much easier to spot.

Limitation: auto-updates unavailable. To update or change the color, coming back here is needed.

Color suggestions:
#ffdcdc - bright red, pinkish (for default red website)
#dceeff - bright blue
#ddffaa - bright green
