Gmail messages, rounded and compressed

Description:

The new Gmail style has lots of whitespace, and messages in the conversation view are less distinct. This style makes several changes:
  • Round corner boxes around messages, like the old style.
  • Gradient message header.
  • More compressed throughout, both in expanded messages, closed, and elided messages.

Works in Chrome and Firefox, perhaps others.

* Works with gradient around author's image and reply area too.
* Gradients moved to new style (see below; image still shows with gradient).
* Background for number of elided messages.
* Fix for embedded video/maps/docs section.
* Fix for attachments section margin.
* Fix for calendar events.
