Description:

Style the cursor when hovering javascript links and links that target new windows/tabs.

More info
ver 1.2: re-enabled empty [href] and added [onclick] to selector for javascript anchors.
ver 1.1: removed unnecessary :hover pseudo-class for possibly improved performance (perhaps?). removed selector for empty href for good measure (likely doesn't match anything anyways).
ver 1.0: release.
