YouTube hide channel backgrounds

Description:

Hides the custom backgrounds (and banner,if any) on YouTube channel pages. Created for use with http://freestyler.ws/style/76006/youtube-black-by-freecyber, can also be used with other styles which replace the YouTube background except on channel pages.

Also works fine on plain YouTube, just gets rid of channel background and banner.
