I use the printer friendly redirect script (http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/1368) so I never see the non-printer friendly pages. This style may have an effect on non-printer friendly pages but I have not tested it extensively. If you see an adverse effect leave a comment and I'll see what can be done about it.
The top navigation banner is removed because the printer friendly pages all contain the element: BODY[vlink="#006699"] but the other pages do not. Thanks to Jason for the tip.
10 Oct 2006: HSW has redesigned its printer friendly pages. I'll rewrite the style soon.
First install FreeStyler to use this style.
