Fix use.perl.org

Description:

Use.perl.org normally serves some huge uncompressed Javascript libraries which can make it a chore to read even on a high-bandwidth connection. All this Javascript offers no useful functionality whatsoever: it’s there just for the sake of the new Ajax-powered “Discussion 2” comment thread system in Slashcode, which is geared toward the huge threads on Slashdot and therefore pointless on use.perl. You can turn it off by visiting http://use.perl.org/my/comments if you have an account, but the Javascript will continue to be loaded. The only option to actually prevent the Javascript libraries from being downloaded is to block the images.use.perl.org host. Problem: the site’s stylesheet is also served from there.

This is a minimal replacement stylesheet. It is only just as pretty as necessary to make the site usable and readable. The Slashcode HTML isn’t too bad, so the unstyled pages are largely OK, but its extensive use of lists means the pages sprawl over large vertical expanses. This
