Description:

@youtube.com. Detaches the watchlist control panel, sets it to the right sidebar area, and always keeps it visible while fiddling with items in the video watch list. (i.e. applies position:absolute to the node and positions it.).

Notes:
* hides recommended channels so control panel can hover over that area without clutter.
