Tumblr Dashboard fix controls back to top

Description:

Some like the new tumblr change, some don't! If you don't like it and want to get the share/reblog/love buttons back on top this script will do just that!

Just quickly done using the inspector, getting the source back to the bottom is a bit more difficult. I might take a new look at it at a later stage!
