StackOverflow Bathys with Chat Fixes [WIP]

Description:

This style combines the dark colored theme http://freestyler.ws/style/82228/stackoverflow-bathys & http://freestyler.ws/style/85346/stackoverflow-prettier-badges with some adjusted colors as chat rooms were having trouble with default colour scheme.

More info
- Fixed stars in chat window
- constrained styles to stay in chat (the leak from chat side was looking horrible on SO)
- Fixed rooms joined color
- Made the gold badge color a tad darker as it was really hard on eyes on a dark background. Also adjusted shadow (1px nudge) to help the white text.
- Added colors to textarea, input and .question-status that was appearing grey on grey.
- Shaded the chat's bottom panel to match rest of the theme.
- Fixed more shades on main chat rooms page & chat room information page
