Ultimate Whovian Dash (Ultimate 2013 fix)

Based off the original Ultimate Whovian Dash by circlemaze. Adapted from the recent fixes posted by hideheader.
Fixes and tweaks to make your Tumblr dashboard a better Doctor Who experience after the September 2013 update that broke a lot of userstyle themes!

Sept 4 - 5th:
- More fixes with some settings pages still losing their white background
- *Several* fixes for Firefox (sorry!)
- Fixed some pages, settings, etc, losing their white background.
- Fixed "Follow/Message/Dashboard" links on user blogs having black backgrounds (YAY!)
- Removed that annoying gradient below the tumblr radar!
