With the style applied

Description:

Centers the layout, removes the comments, forces the player size to 720p and moves the related videos under the player. Also changes some fonts. Inspired by http://freestyler.ws/style/68964/youtube-watch-page-uncluttered and http://freestyler.ws/style/74244/clean-youtube-watch-page-not-currently-updated

No longer maintained as of 09/2014, since I watch youtube using mpv.
Feel free to fix this if you want to, although I recommend you to use http://freestyler.ws/style/74241/customizable-cinematic-youtube instead.
