Removes the fixed page width from the CakePHP Cookbook, allowing it to expand to your browser's window width.

  • 2016-06-02 - Updated for compatibility with latest Cake reskin. Also fix the "improve this doc" slideout to not wrap lines and to stick at the bottom instead of the middle of the right edge of the window.
