With the style applied

Description:

This UserStyle is intended to be used in connection with http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/9310. It is based on http://freestyler.ws/style/12929/google-search-results-clear-compact – which I used before switching to GoogleMonkeyR, but found it collides with it in some aspects. So I removed the duplicate elements (like MultiColumn), and made the result a separate UserStyle.

What this UserStyle does is:
  • Using a smaller and clearer font
  • Removing some ads and unnecessary spaces
  • Simplifying the "pager" (at the end of the result list)
  • In summary: Making the result pages fitting on screen without scrolling (at least in most cases)

On Linux, it seems the Monkey (accidentally, v1.7.0) hides the search input. We override that now to make it visible again.
