Description:

This makes pages good for printing into PDFs for downstream B&W (bitonal) conversion for OCR purposes. This is a bit of a niche application but may be useful for people wanting to transfer data into another system that uses images + OCR.

Note: this make some sites unusable.

forces background tags to white and text to black.. leaves pretty much everything else alone. Global on purpose!

Shameless copy-paste editing based on " GLOBAL Background Blue-Gray w Black Text" b/c I don't really know CSS.
