Youtube sticky header fix

Youtube made some UI changes that causes the site header to stay fixed to the top of the page. This reverses that change.

This changes the positioning of youtubes site header (#masthead in the html) from 'fixed' to relative, resets its positioning to 0 and removes the height offset block from the top of the page.
