Description:

Disables CSS3 blur filter for every page.

A good example is the Wikipedia page for Pasargad (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pasargad), which has a CSS3 webkit filter (blur) for some, but not all, of the images. With this style enabled, none of the images will be blurred (see screenshot example).
