Update Oct 21 2016:
Style of the site changed, nighttime conditions row was added, and this style needed to be updated to make the whole page dark again.

Update Oct 27th - Environment Canada recently reformatted the page to improve usability on mobile devices, but ruined the desktop usability in the process. This update reverts many of the formatting changes to make the page more readable as well as dark.
