a blue scrollbar that when you hover over turns green this scrollbar goes very well with gt deepdark Stylish theme and my Deep Dark Chrome theme from https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/deep-dark/eeffcpnmcmfdfnaadpnkldhkcjjiihcf

only tested on Google Chrome. does not work with "chrome://" urls or some other google pages.
