Tumblr Icon Top hats
Description:
As part of Tumblr's 2014 "april fools joke" anyone who opted into Tumblr Pro recevied a Top hat above their icon. It has since been removed. This style will put a top hat on all icons on your dashboard.

fixed hat so it is now back on top the avatar again. and scrolls with the icon
