* fix (apparently) bad @moz-document rules
* add https rules suggested by @amethyst_igor

* update for new google styles bringing in white heading area

* move search bar to not be occluded by google logo image
* remove top ads
* add black background to google "widgets" which appear when asking, for example, for a definition
* it's not perfect, but it's (slightly) better. Kudos to Panos! There are still white artifacts bleeding through. I'll work on it more as it bothers me more (:
