Fanfiction.net - Make text selectable again.

Description:

A recent update has made it impossible to select text when you're on a story page. This script allows you to select text on stories again.
Edit 13/10/2013 - Fanfiction.net has updated it's css to stop the old version of this style working. This edit just makes it work again.

I've only tested this on the actual chapter pages, so if there are any other areas that are preventing you from selecting text, please let me know.
