Amazon Perfect Width - Not Too Wide

With the style applied

Description:

It's probably just me but Amazon is too wide for my non-widescreen (square shaped) 17 inch monitor, which means a horizontal scroll-bar appears on most Amazon pages for no real reason. Maybe I should set my monitor to a higher pixel ratio but I don't want to.

This simple style merely makes Amazon fit on your screen, https://twitter.com/2045singularity/status/538252374591430656. The scroll bar is superfluous, it doesn't really show any extra info except some blank space, so good riddance.

I think the Amazon site (CSS) is badly designed.

This style applies to all Amazon sites around the world.

More info
Style was designed for desktop. Laptops will likely benefit too; in fact my usage of 100% width instead of pixel size should make applicable to any device. Maybe one or two odd pages are not fixed yet (check for updates).

Updates:
6 Mar 2015: l/r padding changed to zero for #ys; email password input boxes made bigger; .gbox-row-1-0 added to 100%-max adjustment-area.
21 Aug 2015: hidden useless user-profile-data, regarding how many years you have been using the site, how many purchases made etc.
7 Nov 2015: corrected some errors on health/beauty product pages.
11 Feb: various tweaks I can't remember them all (forgot to update in while).
