Adding the "new" annoying feature of scrolling;
Sarcasm and irritation aside (though they helped to fuel this code), here is the fix.

There is no limit for tumblr when the matter is screw the UI, this is so true that this is style is now useless in less then a month. However I going to keep the style here, in case the xkit guy manages to bring back the right sidebar and it still scrolling.
So far the style is dead. Or better, killed.
Features:
*Disable the new annoying scrolling in the right side bar;
*So far, is theme compatible.
