Fixed a bug with padding on the content div

Includes:

* boxes around comments
* sidebar removed
* smaller up-down arrows
* no external dependencies (images are embedded in the style-sheet)
* uses full browser width up to maximum 9999px
* centred content
* serif font for main content

* comments use full width of content area
* consistent link colour + different colour for visited 'nn comments'
* Used 10298 as a base.
