r/RocketLeague recently underwent a redesign to look more like the game but went a little too far. The gradients have been simplified, as well as the titles to fix contrast issues and removal of the animations.

  • Increased thumbnails to be uniform regardless of content

  • Removed all gradients
  • Replace section titles with live text
  • Toned down the colors a little
  • Increased readability of links, including hover styles on title links
  • Slight increase to size of title links
  • Removed all animations (shiny reddit & ticker)
  • Cleaned up sidebar hovers
