Description:
Turns entire hitbox into "black n' blue" based of the blue "Riddick eyeshine-vision" from the movie "Pitch Black".
I might do the purple and green one as well (we'll seeeee).

* patch: now showing the volume slider for the streamwindow in blue.
* adopted updates from PBO:
>fixed the 'black-out' issue with several if not all important windows.
previous changes:
* restored bg/bg:hover for the player
* semi-fixed the videoplayer; mouse-hoover will cause it to fade-to-black.
